RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

SIZE/COLOR CHANGES
For size or color changes, please contact us at as soon as possible. Once your order is fulfilled, changes can no longer be made.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue and the packaging label. Our customer service team will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.
RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your returned item, a refund will be processed.
PARTIAL REFUNDS

SHIPPING TIME FOR RETURNS

If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
