My order status says 'delivered,' but I haven’t received it yet

Please wait for 24 hours after the 'delivered' status before assuming that the delivery is lost. Sometimes the delivery status is displayed prematurely. If the package does not arrive by the end of the next day, please contact us, and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

Order Status and Processing

We process orders either the same day or the next, and typically ship them within 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and order information.

Please be aware that processing and shipping times may be delayed during busy holiday periods, Covid-19 outbreaks, or due to natural disasters.

Can I modify my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating your shipping address or item details, please send us a message as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, modifications cannot be made.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Where is Rue Mentana based?

Rue Mentana is proudly based in Montreal, Québec, Canada. While we don’t have a retail storefront, our products are designed here in Montreal and printed to order and shipped from California by our trusted partner.

Do you offer local pick-up?

As all our products are printed to order by our trusted partner in California, we do not offer local pick-up at this time.
